Leap Year Lunch

Happy Leap Year! To recognize that February has 29 days this year, I made this lunch for myself. The “Happy Leap Year” is a little difficult to see but I like that all 3 food items are themed and looking at it makes me happy.

Left Side:  Cheese quesadilla with “Happy Leap Year” painted on using food coloring

Top Right:  2020 – carrot cut with cookie cutter, sugar snap peas

Bottom Right:  Frogs – kiwi cut with a cookie cutter, raspberries
