I made this cream cheese and cinnamon Bald Eagle for my Dad on a day that we went on a day trip in the Adirondacks. It was a weekend that I visited my parents at their Lake House. We went to the Adirondack Experience museum at Blue Mountain Lake. It was a long time since I was last there and they have updated exhibits with interactive technology. We had fun!
