Shamrock Polenta Lunch

I made this simple lunch for myself to take to work.

Left Side: Shamrock – broccoli inside shamrock cut-out with a cookie cutter, homemade polenta with cheese

Top Right: Shamrocks – cucumber cut with a cookie cutter

Bottom Right: Clementine
