I made this lunch for a a co-worker who has the same first name as me. When I asked what she wanted, she said to surprise her with the theme and food. She loved it!

Left Side: Roses – I made an easier version from this video. I cut the radish with my mandoline slicer and made a simple cucumber cup to hold the roses. They are on top of a bed of  Black Bean and Corn Quinoa (I did not use celery or cilantro), sugar snap peas

Top Right: Macadamia nuts

Bottom Right: Flowers – watermelon (cut with a cookie cutter), dried blueberries held on with spaghetti (the spaghetti softens by lunch time)
