I made this for my supervisor at work. I asked her for a theme suggestion and she said, “Field Hockey”. She played it when she was a kid. I am impressed that the cheese art traveled well and did not move. She loved her lunch!

Left Side: Field Hockey Player – cheddar cheese, Field – Quinoa Broccoli Slaw with Honey Mustard Dressing – I reduced the honey and quinoa a little bit because I did not want it very sweet and I wanted the field to mostly be green. I also cooked the broccoli a little because I was not sure if she would want raw broccoli.

Top Right: Raspberries

Bottom Right: Chickpeas with lemon, Parmesan, and parsley – I did not use the olive oil, garlic, or basil
