I made this packed lunch for my 19 year old niece. See below for the scrap lunch I took for myself that day. I made it the night before and was a little concerned about the fresh spinach leaves underneath all of the fresh juicy fruit. My niece said that it would be like a vinaigrette and it was!
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, apple, strawberry, pineapple (cut with cookie cutters), served on fresh spinach leaves
Top Right: Chocolate Greek yogurt dip – I would prefer this without the cinnamon next time. You could also just buy Chocolate Greek yogurt.
Bottom Right: Mini pretzels
