I made this as an easy meal my husband could heat up on a night he came home late from work. It could also be eaten for lunch. The sides are in silicone cups for easy removal before heating in a microwave.
Left Side: Jellyfish – press cooked hot Nishiki rice (or short grained sticky rice) into a cookie cutter with plastic wrap then carefully remove rice from cookie cutter, cooked zucchini with salt, pepper and a little butter
Top Right: Fish – Cheddar cheese cut with a cookie cutter
Bottom Right: Blackberries with a shark pick
