I love it when people in my life have food requests. It often results in my making a food or theme that I may not have thought about on my own. When I asked my 17 year old niece what she wanted for lunch she said, “blueberry scones”. I was excited to make this meal for her. My husband loved the idea and wanted the same for lunch.

Contents: Blueberry Scones (I made these without the glaze), Lemon tea (used as a divider), crinkle cut (with a special blade) rainbow carrots, lemon butter (with lemon zest and a little confectionery sugar)
Small Round Container: Lemon Greek yogurt with raspberries and a blueberry
