My fourth imaginary creature this week is the dragon! These dragon tortilla chips are fun to dip in salsa. Make sure you come back tomorrow to see my last creature in this series.

Left Side: Dragon Tortilla Chips – spinach, garlic and pesto tortillas cut with a dragon cookie cutter, place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, spray dragons with cooking spray and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp, salsa (in Mini Dippers)

Top Right: Cheddar cheese, walnuts

Bottom Right: Strawberry and Kiwi
