Trail Mix Day 2013

Trail Mix

Today is National Trail Mix Day. My 11 year old niece and I designed our own trail mix and went on a hike. We went to Five Rivers Environmental Education Center. (See photos below.) The Sistema Split Food Container was wonderful for us as we we wanted different food but only had to carry one container.

My Trail Mix:

  • Brazil Nuts
  • Pretzel Snaps
  • Dried Apricots

Niece’s Trail Mix:

  • Popcorn
  • M&M’s (blue and purple)
  • Almonds
  • Craisins
  • Pretzel rods
