I used leftovers from my Tanabata party to make this quick and delicious lunch.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Tortilla Chips: Blue tortilla chips, cheddar cheese (at the party I served the blue tortilla chips with salsa, the cheddar cheese was melted over the star rice balls)
Fruit: Red grapes (from the star fruit cups)
Black Beans: Sauteed onion, black beans, and diced tomatoes (this was the filling in the layered rice)
I love tortilla chips and this looks so delicious and neatly packed! Making me hungry now!
