This lunch ended up being very neutral and without a vegetable. I had planned to have salsa in this bento but when making the lunch I discovered that I did not have any. So I used hummus instead.

Fruit: Apple slices
Nuts: Brazil Nuts
Hummus: Served in Mini Dippers
Puzzle Pieces: Flour tortillas cut with Lunch Punch set, sprayed with cooking spray,Ā sprinkled with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and hot paprika. Broiled until lightly brown.
