This is the second lunch I made from the  Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook: Easy Lunch Boxes by Kelly Lester. The book features recipes from many contributors. The Un-Fried Rice recipe (page 166 ) is from Lisa of 100 Days of Real Food. It was delicious!

Fruit: Pineapple

Nuts:  Cashews

Main: Brown rice with edamame and avocado

    I would love that Bento – as I love brown rice and avocado is one of my favorites prepared any way!
