This looks so delicious – brie and croissant – yummy! Are the green beans raw? I’ve never eaten them raw: roasted, steamed, sautéed, but never raw.
The green beans are raw. Green beans are not my favorite vegetable, I prefer them raw. Crunchy and flavorful!

Magnifique! Absolutely love this…so creative! And, those little bries are fab. I like to split them in half, put a spoonful of jam and a sprinkle of chopped pecans in the microwave for about 8 seconds…yum!
