Vegetables: Sugar snap peas and carrots
Bread: French bread shaped as cornucopia (see note)
Fruit: Seckel pear
Protein: Colby jack cheese cut into fruit and vegetable shapes
Note: Over the years I have made many cornucopia shaped breads. The first time I made a bread cornucopia I used directions from a magazine. There are many different directions available on the internet. I make the shape out of aluminum foil. I then spray the foil and shape the bread around it. After it is baked, I carefully remove the foil.
