This lunch was fresh from the garden (mine and my grandmother-in-law’s). The Lentil Salad with Feta Cheese is a typical summer staple for me. I added the crackers for an extra “crunch” factor.

I am so excited to try that lentil salad! Feta is good in so many things; I have the giant container of feta crumbles from costco, and I love lentils!
