Deborah and I went on an adventure to Griffis Sculpture Park in East Otto, NY (it is about 2 hours away). It was a beautiful day to walk around and explore. This was my second time to the park, I went with my oldest niece in 2008.

Bottom Right: Corn tortilla chips – cut into triangles, brush with olive oil, bake at 350 for about 10 minutes until light brown
