It is zucchini time! I don’t bother growing zucchini because I can count on receiving it from my grandmother-in-law, mother-in-law. and sister-in-law. I made this lunch for my husband. It has zucchini in each course.

Zucchini Pie:Zucchini and Cheese Pie, lettuce leaf
Salad: Zucchini, Tomato, and Corn Salad – I did not exactly follow this recipe but I used it as a guide (I did not use sugar, used a large tomato instead of cherry tomatoes and I did not exactly follow the amounts for each ingredient)
Dessert: Chocolate Zucchini Cake – did not use this recipe but it was similar (no honey, and I sprinkled chocolate chips on top)

It looks like a celebration of zucchini! Chocolate Zucchini Cake is a novel idea and the pie is brilliant!
