Many years ago (pre-blog) I made X and O shaped bagels for a Valentine’s Day brunch I attended. I decided to make them again for a bento lunch. It was fun and delicious.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Background: Romaine lettuce
Bagels: Homemade poppy seed bagels with almond butter
Vegetable: Red bell pepper
Fruit: Apple slices (cut into heart shapes) with orange juice and cinnamon
