I decided to make 12 bentos to represent each of the gifts from the 12 Days of Christmas song. Today is the first day because I want to end on Christmas day. This one turned out sparse and modern looking but I promise that some of them will be cute.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Vegetable: Broccoli
Fruit: Seckel pear
Snack: Pretzel sticks
Partridge: French bread with almond slivers, served with homemade cranberry cream cheese
Cranberry Cream Cheese in Mini Dipper
I enjoy seeing different interpretations of the same theme. My friend Kristie from beneficial bento is also posting 12 days of Christmas bentos this year.

I like it! Broccoli *tree*, pretzel *sticks*… theme bentos can be so full of visual puns! Nice partridge bread — that had to be difficult. (First I thought you might be using poultry of some kind)

Thank you Gail! The bread was actually not too difficult but I did make six and picked the best one.
